What is the minimum order quantity?
Own Label Skincare has a minimum order quantity of just 5 units per product, with ordering in simple multiples of 5 (5, 10, 15, 20 and so on), making it ideal for salons and startups wanting to start small and scale.
Is there a set-up fee to launch my own branded range?
No. There is no set-up fee. You simply create your design and order the products you love.
How long does it take to receive my first order?
Allow approximately one week for your initial branding and packaging design. Once your order is placed, your products are delivered in around two weeks. Reorders are turned around in just 7 to 10 business days.
Are all products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Own Label Skincare is a vegan-founded, family-run business. All products are made without animal-derived ingredients and have been cruelty-free since the company's inception in November 2011. Neither finished products nor ingredients are tested on animals.
Can I order bulk or trade sizes?
Yes. All products are available in both retail and trade sizes, and bulk volumes of any item in the range are available to suit higher-demand requirements.
