The ILM Industry Awards are part of the Melbourne Lash and Brow Conference, organised by International Lash Masters. The two-day event connects beauty professionals through education, industry recognition, and business growth. Day 1 features seminars, an expo hall, and the awards ceremony, while Day 2 offers intensive VIP workshops with leading lash and brow educators.
The awards cover both skill-based categories for lash and brow artistry and business and industry categories recognising excellence across the sector. With general admission from AUD $399 and VIP access including workshops at AUD $999, the event brings together lash and brow professionals from across Australia and internationally.
