Hi, I’m Debbie Burbridge, one half of the mother-and-daughter duo behind Just Fabulous Training and Coaching. With over 40 years of experience in the beauty, therapy, and wellness industry, I’m passionate about helping salon owners, therapists, and educators unlock their potential through mindset coaching, confidence building, and business mentoring.

As a qualified mindset coach, stress management expert, and business mentor, I specialise in supporting beauty professionals who want to improve their confidence, find clarity, and achieve balance between business and personal life. My approach combines real-world experience as a therapist and educator with a deep understanding of how mindset influences success in the beauty industry.

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless salon owners, educators, and solo therapists to help them overcome self-doubt, prevent burnout, and build thriving, sustainable businesses. Through one-to-one coaching, group workshops, and the Confidently Visible programme that I co-deliver with my daughter Amy, I help beauty professionals break through limiting beliefs and reconnect with the passion that made them start their business in the first place.
