Hypo21 Masterclass- Must attend

Hypo21 Masterclass

A must attend event

Yesterday I attended a Hypo21 Masterclass, where I had the opportunity to attend as a speaker and also spend time with professionals who are genuinely invested in improving their knowledge and their businesses. It was a great day, full of useful information, open discussion and practical guidance.

The event was well organised and thoughtfully put together. There was a strong focus on sharing knowledge, answering questions and making sure people left with a clear understanding of both the product and the wider business approach behind it. It was easy to see how much care goes into supporting those who attend, and the atmosphere throughout the day reflected that.

Alongside the educational content, there was a real sense of respect for the company and the people behind it. Nikki and her team were spoken about very positively, which says a lot about how the business operates and how it supports those who work with the brand.

What is Hypo21?

What is Hypo21?

For anyone unfamiliar with the company, Hypo21 produce a hypochlorous acid (HOCl) skin spray.

Hypochlorous acid is a molecule that the human body naturally produces as part of its immune response. It plays a role in managing bacteria, calming inflammation and supporting the skin’s natural healing processes. Hypo21 has taken this naturally occurring molecule and developed a stable, skin-safe topical solution that can be used on the skin.

The product is medically registered and meets recognised UK and international standards. It is free from alcohol, sodium hypochlorite and harsh additives, making it suitable for a wide range of skin types, including sensitive and compromised skin.

Rather than relying on multiple active ingredients, Hypo21 focuses on a single, well-researched molecule that works with the body rather than against it.

Results, Trials and Real-World Use

During the masterclass, trial data was discussed, including results relating to acne-prone skin. In these trials, acne sufferers reportedly saw around an 88% improvement (hopefully I got this figure correct, as I forgot to write it down!)  in skin condition. While individual results will always vary, having trial-backed data provides important reassurance around the product’s potential and credibility.

The day also covered how Hypo21 is being used in practice. It is commonly used to support skin that is inflamed, reactive or slow to heal, including acne-prone skin, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and dermatitis. It is also used alongside professional treatments, helping to support the skin before and after procedures.

Because hypochlorous acid is already recognised by the body, it is generally well tolerated and can be used consistently as part of a wider skin care approach.

The Company Behind the Product

Beyond the product itself, the company is a strong example of how a brand can operate with integrity. There is a clear commitment to ethics, education and putting people first. That approach came through clearly during the event and in the way the day was delivered.

Hearing consistent, genuine praise for Nikki and her team reinforced the impression of a business that values trust, long-term relationships and doing things properly.

Final Thoughts

The Hypo21 masterclass was also a really good example of how effective smaller, well-considered events can be. Everyone in the room was included. There was time to ask questions, handle the products, and properly understand what is being used on clients not just in theory, but in practice. That level of access and clarity is invaluable, especially when working with skin.

The day offered a strong mix of talks, each adding a different layer of understanding. Aggie Singh covered skin anatomy, grounding the conversations in how the skin actually functions. Doctor Dan explained how hypochlorous acid works, helping bridge the gap between science and practical use. Nikki walked through the products themselves, ensuring people left with a clear and confident understanding of what Hypo21 is and how it should be used. I was there to speak about online visibility, focusing on how professionals can be found, trusted and understood online

What really stood out overall was the care taken to make sure everyone left informed and supported. That reflects the company itself. Hypo21 clearly takes care of its stockists and customers, offering strong ongoing support and showing up as a genuinely supportive presence within the industry. That kind of energy is felt, and it matters.

Between the education, the openness of the discussions, and the way the company engages with professionals, the day felt thoughtful, inclusive and worthwhile. It’s the kind of event that reminds you why learning in smaller, focused environments can be so powerful and why choosing brands that value people as much as products makes a real difference.
