Pre-care Advice

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment. Avoid blood-thinning medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen (unless prescribed) for 48 hours prior. Attend a consultation before your first treatment.

After-care Advice

Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area for 24 hours. Do not lie flat or exercise vigorously for 4 hours post-treatment. Avoid saunas, sunbeds and extreme heat for 48 hours.

Downtime & Recovery

Minimal. Mild redness or swelling at injection sites may occur but typically resolves within a few hours.
