About this course
The All Round Permanent Makeup course leading to the VTCT Level 4 Micropigmentation qualification is Signature Academy's most popular course and is delivered one-to-one with Tracy Fensome at the Stopsley, Luton academy. No prior experience or qualification is required. The course covers the full range of permanent makeup skills including brows, eyeliner, and lips.
Training comprises six practical academy days, two mentor days, one clinic shadow day, and one to two assessment days, all supported by online pre-study and an extensive starter kit including a professional digital machine. Students complete a minimum of eight brow, two eyeliner and two lip case studies plus a final assessment day. Post-course support, business documents, legal consultation, and ongoing mentoring are all included.
What you will learn
Hair stroke and powdered brow creation; subtle eyeliner techniques; lip definition and colour; colour theory; needle choice; cosmetic artistry and drawing; safe practice and legislation; client consultation and treatment planning; case study completion and portfolio building.
Entry requirements
No prior experience or qualification required. Minimum age 18. Good command of English required.
