Hi, I’m Amy, owner of Fabulously Beautiful and co-owner of Just Fabulous Training & Coaching.
Having grown up in the beauty industry, I’ve spent my career learning, developing, and sharing my love of professional treatments that combine expertise with genuine care. My goal is simple, to provide every client with professional, results-driven treatments that still leave you feeling pampered and relaxed.

Fabulously Beautiful is a multi-award-winning, home-based beauty clinic located on Maidstone Road, Sutton Valence (ME17 3LR). Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) & Pigment Removal

My true passion lies in semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) and skincare. My journey with cosmetic tattooing began over a decade ago, and since then, I’ve trained extensively in advanced techniques to deliver results that are natural, long-lasting, and individually tailored.

I offer a wide range of SPMU treatments, including:

• Eyebrows – Powder, Ombre, Hairstroke & Combination styles
• Eyeliner – Lash line enhancement or soft definition
• Lips – Subtle blush or full colour for definition and volume

For those looking to correct or remove previous work, I also provide:

• Saline Pigment Removal – Using a gentle, effective saline solution to lift and fade unwanted pigment safely.
• Emergency Removal – Designed to break down pigment within 48 hours of an unwanted or incorrect permanent makeup procedure.

Skincare is at the heart of what I do. My day-spa-inspired facials are designed to nourish, calm, and revitalise the skin, because no facial is complete without a touch of massage.

As the Kent Trainer for 4T Medical, I use and stock Cliniccare products, known for their advanced formulations and visible results. My facials combine luxurious relaxation with professional-grade performance to target:

• Dehydration and dullness
• Congested or breakout-prone skin
• Sensitivity and redness

Treatments are fully tailored to your skin’s needs on the day, and I offer a complete Cliniccare homecare range to help you maintain your results at home. After all, great skin is 75% what you do between treatments.
