My career as a hairdresser has taken many different paths from time to time. I have been employed as a senior stylist in other salons and after gaining my degree, I became a lecturer in further education colleges.
My career has also involved being a work-based assessor and a craft educator for the company Matrix.

Was nervous to try somewhere new as I have been going to the same lovely hairdresser for years, but I wanted a change. I needed some colour correction and I have to say I am so happy with the end result, absolutely amazing colour. The stylist Jenny explained about after care, what products to use and which to avoid with my type of hair. I explained that I have wavy hair and wanted to style it with natural waves or options of hair up for work, or using tools for more defined curls or straight. But the current style I couldn't seem to achieve this and mainly wore it up because of this. She was a font of knowledge and really listened to me and understood what I wanted to achieve. I loved the tranquility room, a real treat to just chill out while getting hair washed. I have already booked for my next appointment, highly recommended. Thank you Ps loved all the gossip, especially the dinosaur wallpaper 🤣

I’ve never been particularly loyal to any specific salon until I had my hair done by Jenny, and now I get it! She’s always so excited for whatever I want to do and I trust her to work her magic, and she’s never let me down. Stepped out feeling like a brand new person yesterday! I know Isobel the girl who washed my hair is in training too and I just want to add, she did an amazing job, the hair wash was lovely and we had such a nice chat!

Thank you so much. You made me feel at ease coming somewhere new listened to my issues with my curly cuts and did a fab dry cut! I have just woken up and styled it (before work) just to see the end result and it is fab! I’ll definitely be coming back for the full styling as well as more dry cuts. Thank you!

Truly amazing salon, for both ladies and gentlemen. The stylist we booked with today was called Jenny and after she had done her barbers course she helped disadvantaged people build their self esteem by given them hair cuts etc. as a charity initiative. WOW !!! All staff were really welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
